Watch Guarantee
Watch Guarantee covering defects in materials and workmanship for at least 6 months (or otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. The strap/bracelet, glass/screen, bezel, dial, and any damage caused by accident, misuse/lack of care and water damage (unless in watches marked "water resistant") is not covered by the guarantee*. Pre-owned watches are covered by a standard 30 day guarantee*.

Unlike most retailers, we provide a watch battery aftercare service. When the battery does eventually need replacing, it will be replaced at half the usual service price or free if within 6 months of purchase*.
