Q: Is every watch battery £8.00?
A: Depending on the case properties some watches will cost more, however, sometimes it can cost less by having a several watches serviced together.
Q: What if I have a new battery but my watch still does not work?
A: We will always try to get you watch running but if still doesn't work there will be no charge. If you would like to have your watch fully serviced then we can offer a repair quote.
Q: I have my own battery/I can't get the back case back on, will you help?
A: We won't use any other batteries that our own and we cannot assist if you attempt to replace a battery yourself. Please leave it to the professionals.
Q: Do you service watches?
A: Yes. Watches with quartz (battery powered) movements can be serviced in house from within 5 days. Automatic or mechanical watches can take several weeks and the cost varies.
* Watch batteries are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided. Batteries that for any reason have not provided sufficient charge to reliably power a standard quartz movement will be replaced under the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover what could be considered excessive use of secondary functions e.g. prolonged chronograph use or illumination, or if the watch movement has an existing electrical fault.
